The Westin Osaka

There’s full facilities which is fantastic. Especially the toilet, there are 2 areas, one for wet and one for dry. Also like that there’s newspapers for international travelers.

The room was spacious and well appointed, the facilities were great but mostly the staff was so helpful and polite!

The Westin is Osaka is an amazing hotel of an incredibly high standard. The rooms are extremely comfortable and we had a large bathroom (may vary for other rooms). We were in a Deluxe room on a high floor with beautiful views over the city. The reception, lobby lounge and breakfast restaurant are all stunning! Service was flawless - every staff member we encountered were exceptional. Highly recommend!!!!

The room was clean, spacious, beds were very comfy and the blackout curtains were very effective. The hotel staff were friendly yet polite, and always willing to help. The breakfast spread was good, however some of the cooked food was cold.

This was an excellent hotel. We didn't purchase breakfast in the dining room opting instead for a small breakfast in our room which the hotel kindly agreed to do. The staff were very friendly and the room extremely spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from downtown.
